A recently discovered  John Blair  Sr. school  (Blair School attributed)     Widgeon Hen in completely original paint and condition, hollow carved with hand wrought nail construction. Exceedingly rare! See  Floating Sculpture,  Huster & Knight, pgs. #33-36 for similar examples and text with descriptions.

  The below shown decoy  is another from the Pocahontas Club Rig managed by E. L. Meyer .  It  has the deep crisp "L D"  brand and was used to guide by the Dudley Brothers at the club.  It is an extremely rare Red Head Drake, one of the few that are available.      It will be offered in the October '08 auction.                   

The above shown Lee Dudley Red Head Drake is currently on display at the Havre de Grace Decoy Museum in Havre de Grace, Maryland. http://www.decoymuseum.com/  It will be exhibited through September 1st and may be seen at any time. Bob White holding an early Mallard Drake shooting decoy from his rig.
